What does my order status mean when I login to my account?
You can login to your account at any time to check your order status. Here is what the different order statuses mean:
- Awaiting Payment: Your order has been received but it has not been entered into our system yet. If you paid with a credit card your order status will show as "Awaiting Payment" because we do not charge your card until your order ships.
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been received but it has not been entered into our system yet. If you paid with PayPal your order status will show as "Awaiting Fulfillment" and PayPal will collect the funds immediately.
- Awaiting Shipment: Your order has been received and sent to our shipping department. It will be shipping soon.
- Complete: Your order has shipped and your credit card has been billed.
