Save Time with the Wire Wheel
The wire wheel is used to perforate the membrane on all photoresist films after the mask has been applied. It helps to remove any trapped air in between the membrane and substrate which helps to eliminate blow-offs during sandblasting.

Someone knew what they were doing
This is our first wire wheel from Ikonics. The people that designed this knew what they were doing. The weight is even so you have to use no force when running it over the stencil. The wheel spins with just enough friction and does not bind up at all. (originally reviewed 06/08/16)
