New Event Coordinator/Customer Service Rep

IKONICS Corporation welcomes Mikaela Hernesman as event coordinator and customer service representative. Hernesman will be responsible for coordinating events across all IKONICS divisions, in addition to customer service responsibilities with IKONICS Imaging and IKONICS Advanced Material Solutions.

Hernesman is a graduate of The College of St. Scholastica with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing/business management. She says, “I’m very thrilled and motivated to become a part of a fast-moving, innovative company. I am looking forward to working with a great team at IKONICS Corporation and organizing all of our trade show events that IKONICS exhibits at for each of our divisions involving sandcarving, screen printing, and precision abrasive machining needs.”

She continues, “Our customers are well taken care of by all sales representatives, and I am fortunate to be learning from them all and carrying out those same great skills. IKONICS Corp. is a tremendous company to work for, and I envision it only going up from here with all our collaborative minds put together.”
