The CrystalBlast Elite X3 Extended Cabinet offers a removable rear panel and large rear processing port which allows a single operator to slide in full-size doors, windows, and signage panels to blast safely inside the cabinet, while the height-adjustable, side-to-side glide tray supports and positions every piece. Paired with CleanFlo® dust management and true ergonomic controls, it turns oversized opportunities into everyday jobs cleanly, efficiently, and with minimal fatigue.
1. Removable Rear Part Processing Panel
The star of the Elite X3 Extended is its removable rear part processing panel with a large rear port (23" W x 14.5" H). Unlatch the quick-release knobs, remove the inside poly cover, and slide large substrates, like shower doors, windows, and signage panels, straight through the back of the cabinet. A height-adjustable, side-to-side glide tray supports and positions the work so you can blast section by section with total control, all while keeping dust and abrasive contained.

Keep visibility high and housekeeping low. CleanFlo combines a 700 CFM exhaust blower with a 110 sq. ft. certified filter cartridge for powerful reverse suction and dust control. A pneumatic vibration cleaning cycle and enclosed dust release make filter maintenance quick and clean, ideal for busy production environments.

Speed through setups and keep grit where it belongs. The Elite X3 Extended includes an inside air blow-off gun, a quick-disconnect nozzle, toolless hose replacement, one-valve pressurization/depressurization, and a Lexair high-pressure, long-wear valve. Construction is all business too: a 100% welded cabinet with an inside welded tube support frame and two-component urethane paint for long life.
